Often, hospital patients aren't able to go directly home after their stay because they require an interim step- Sub Acute Care.

The Sub Acute care provided at Wiley serves those who require specialized rehabilitative services, individually designed to meet their specific health needs. Daily and intensive, this care includes: 

  • skilled nursing
  • physical therapy
  • occupational therapy
  • speech therapy
  • respiratory therapy
